| Image Details: | An RGB color composite. R: 2 seconds, G: 2 seconds, B: 5 seconds. Albireo is a colorful combination of a blue (type B8) and a gold (type K0) pair. It is easily split with small telescopes with moderate magnifications. It is a superb object to use in callibrating CCD color imagers and their filters. 18-July-2003. |
