Dark frames were subtracted from all images prior to additional processing. Maximum entropy deconvolution performed on the luminance image prior to combination. Image combined into LRGB color in MaxImDL. Digital Development performed to bring out subtle details. The colors in the nebula come from the various gasses present. Blue (mostly in the center) is from Helium atoms. Singly ionized nitrogen is red, and green is doubly ionized oxygen. June 4, 2000.
