NGC 4565

Subject:	NGC 4565 galaxy in Coma Berenices.
Telescope:	Celestron 8" with f/6.3 focal reducer
Mount:	Losmandy G-11
Imager:	SBIG ST-7 non-E non-ABG CCD
Image Details:	An addition of three 10 minute and one 5 minute integrations. Dark frames were subtracted from all images prior to addition. Maximum entropy deconvolution performed in MaxImDL, followed by a linear stretch. This is a fine object in an 8" scope visually. It is surprising that Messier missed it. June 4, 2000.
